Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual needs, goals, and aspirations of your clients.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective client outcomes.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of sessions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients by working to eliminate stigma surrounding mental health issues and ensuring that their voices are heard.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve assisting individuals dealing with mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will also provide support to distinct client populations, including homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse, emphasizing a tailored therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs. By addressing their specific challenges, you will help clients navigate complex emotions and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and USD 105,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
