• Multiple shift options -- days, swing, and nocturnist coverage available
• Day census: 243 patients; 40 admits per day
• Nocturnist cross covers 280 - 300 patients with 6 - 7 admits per shift
• Swing shifts: 7 - 9 admits per shift
• Inpatient hospital setting
• No procedures required -- nocturnists cross cover and respond to rapids
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
