Technical Account Manager II - Customer Onboarding CrowdStrike

This role focuses on onboarding new mid-market customers after they sign on with CrowdStrike, guiding them from the initial handoff with sales through a successful product deployment and eventual transition to a long-term technical account manager. The work includes setting success criteria for the first 90 days, leading implementation projects, researching and resolving technical issues, and escalating cases when needed. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, professional fluency in English, and hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems along with knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructure. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with experience using AI tools to support workflows. A background in customer success, project management, or technical account management within a SaaS company, plus ITIL or PMP certification and Linux/Mac expertise, is a plus.
