Part Time Office Coordinator
$18 per hourOur client is seeking an onsite office coordinator, working on site 10a-3pm M-F located off Moorehead. For this role, it is required to be onsite, and the role is 20 hours a week. - Office Operations & Admin: Greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail (scanning/routing), order supplies, maintain files, and process expense reports/bookkeeping.
- Facilities & Security: Monitor the RING security system for visitor entry, manage conference room schedules/equipment, coordinate office maintenance/repairs, and act as the liaison with building management.
- Onboarding Support: Partner with HR, IT, and managers to welcome new hires, provide office introductions, and conduct basic computer and phone orientations.
- Culture & Community: Serve as the office "Good Will Ambassador" by helping organize charity events, service projects, luncheons, wellness campaigns, and company events (like Owner Appreciation Day).
