Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you'll work with at Revive and Thrive encompass a variety of backgrounds and needs, including those seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Our patients vary from children to adults, each requiring tailored approaches to therapy. As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in their healing journeys by employing an array of therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia is essential.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
