Job Description Job Description About the Role: Excelsior Omega Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Sarasota, FL. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff Provide mobility assistance including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure injuries Deliver compassionate emotional support and companionship to patients and their families Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients Assist with feeding and hydration, ensuring proper nutrition intake is documented Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Requirements: Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Florida Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living setting preferred CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely using proper body mechanics Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a team-first mindset About Us: Excelsior Omega Inc is a trusted healthcare services provider based in Sarasota, FL, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to those we serve.
