Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of People Advisory projects, including talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Conduct research, data collection, and basic analysis to support workforce planning and organizational assessments. Prepare presentations, reports, and other project documentation for internal teams and clients. Support stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and meetings, under guidance from senior team members. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in People Advisory. Contribute ideas and insights during team discussions to enhance project outcomes. Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance in deliverables.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

34,200 to 42,500 USD
