Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Business preferred) Key Responsibilities Account Management: Oversee day-to-day client service, including policy changes, endorsements, and annual renewals. Client Consultation: Review existing coverage, find risk gaps, and recommend proper personal lines products (auto, home, umbrella). Market and Quote: Market new and renewal business to carrier partners, compare rates, and prepare client proposals. Claims Support: Help clients navigate the claims process and act as an advocate with carriers. Account Rounding: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional policies to protect client assets fully. #J-18808-Ljbffr Diag Partners
