Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate actionable treatment plans.

• Provide clinical diagnoses and determine eligibility for admission to ensure clients receive appropriate mental health services.

• Document ongoing treatment progress, including updates to diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and detailed case notes, utilizing electronic health record systems to streamline documentation.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Deliver guidance, strategies, and support to clients, empowering them to navigate mental health challenges and enhance their cultural identity effectively.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a diverse team to promote innovative solutions that address mental health issues within our community.

• Use creativity and evidence-based practices in therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues related to relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, and cultural identity, making it imperative for our therapists to employ a culturally competent approach tailored to each unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent designation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
