Responsibilities

• Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece
• Follows sequence of operations on router.
• Loads and unloads raw material and finished parts (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
• Starts and observes machine operations to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls or program as required
• Verifies dimensions and alignment using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gages, gage blocks, and other inspection equipment
• Sets up and operates machines on first piece run to verify accuracy of machine settings
• Communicates with co-workers, and team leader to receive instructions and coordinate activities

Qualifications

• 2 plus years CNC Mill experience required
• Must stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor
• Quality oriented & conscious
• Always adheres to Company safety policies
• Excellent decision making skills
• Exhibits characteristics of good role-model
• Reliable with excellent attendance record

Schedule – Approximately 40-48 hours per week, core hours 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. OT on Friday
