Senior Principal Scientist, Medical Affairs, Global - Head & Neck Cancers

Senior Principal Scientist leading global medical affairs strategy for head and neck cancers and melanoma. Coordinates scientific planning, life cycle management, regulatory engagement, and oversight of regional medical affairs teams across oncology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global medical affairs and scientific strategies for assigned assets
- Lead Global Medical Affairs Team of regional directors and coordinate regional medical insights
- Design and oversee integrated data generation plans, outcomes research, and sponsored studies
- Serve as co-strategist on franchise teams and contribute to life cycle management decisions
- Conduct peer-to-peer engagement with scientific leaders and execute global advisory boards and symposia
Requirements
- MD, PhD, or PharmD degree; MD preferred
- 5+ years clinical and/or research experience in oncology with publications
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in international role
- Strategic expertise in medical affairs goals, clinical development, and evidence generation
- Proven scientific communication skills to diverse internal and external audiences
- Experience with regulatory, compliance, and asset management issues
- Established network of scientific leaders and key stakeholders in therapy area
