Senior Principal Scientist (Senior Director), Clinical Research, Breast Cancer

Responsibilities
- Evaluate preclinical and translational research to develop early clinical development plans and IND applications
- Design clinical trial protocols and operational plans aligned with development strategies
- Monitor conduct and analyze findings from ongoing oncology drug clinical trials
- Supervise clinical scientists and coordinate cross-functional teams in clinical development projects
- Establish investigator networks, attend scientific meetings, and author development documents
Requirements
- M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree
- Minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience
- Minimum 3 years industry drug development or academic biomedical research
- Demonstrated scientific scholarship and achievement record
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration ability
- Board certification or eligibility in oncology (preferred)
- Prior breast cancer clinical research experience (preferred)
Compensation: $282,200–$444,200 base
