SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Salon Manager who leads with confidence, develops talent, and delivers outstanding guest experiences. If you enjoy coaching, motivating, and creating a highperformance salon culture, this is the ideal role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily salon operations
Provide exceptional guest services
Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele
Drive profitability and retail performance
Recruit, hire, train, and support staff
Handle staff relations and client concerns
Deliver all SmartStyle haircare services

Qualifications:

Valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
Leadership and customer service skills
Ability to motivate and develop others
Strong communication and basic administrative skills
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals

Compensation & Benefits:

Average earnings of $25-$45/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
