Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, ensuring accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues, integrating evidence-based practices to ensure efficacy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), fostering a supportive environment for discussion and healing.

• Ensure comprehensive coordination with interdisciplinary team members to guarantee integrated care and optimal client outcomes.

• Educate and engage clients' families in the recovery process, providing guidance on how they can best support their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling, demonstrating a strong understanding of the challenges our clients face.

• Solid knowledge of evidence-based practices pertaining to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire clients toward recovery.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years working within substance abuse treatment is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient settings and those who have worked with diverse populations. A background or certification in trauma-informed care or family systems therapy is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
