Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand each client’s unique mental health issues, developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to build a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients effectively.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while working with diverse populations.

• Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

We value experience in a clinical setting that focuses on mental health counseling. Experience with trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or solution-focused brief therapy is preferred but not required. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
