Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate client's mental health concerns and craft tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions by utilizing evidence-based methodologies and interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Offer education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to engage in the recovery process actively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in line with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a licensed therapist, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. This diversity allows for the cultivation of cultural competence and an understanding of a broad range of perspectives on mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
