PLEASE NOTE: Some shifts may not be available at the time on interviewing, however, you will have opportunities to switch to a desirable schedule as they open. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am - 3:00pmMonday, Wednesday, Friday 2:30pm - 10:00pmTuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7:00am - 3:00pmTuesday, Thursday, Saturday 2:30pm - 10:00pmOverflow - This position will work 2-3 shifts a week, filling in holes in the schedule as they are available. All shifts will also include a Sunday rotation, working one Sunday every four weeks, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM.Knowledge and Abilities:Demonstrated ability to successfully coach and mentor adolescents.Assertiveness to learn and continually enhance knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity and mental health.Good energy and ability to work in all weather conditions.Engaging and empathetic character, with a balance of tenacity and determination.Good problem-solving, decisiveness, and teamwork skills.Proficient in communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop close, personal, and emotionally supportive relationships with the students to coach them in their treatment progression.Implement clinical treatment plans as outlined by the Treatment Team.bEnsure that a healthy, comfortable, safe, and caregiving environment is maintained. Participate in a wide variety of activities with the students, encouraging and supporting them to develop the skills associated with the tasks (i.e., sports, bike riding, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, swimming, etc.). Properly use a variety of mediation and intervention techniques to redirect students who need support and guidance during escalated moments.Transport the students to and from off-campus appointments and activities using company vehicles. Qualifications:Must be at least 20 years of age or older to apply.Physical ability to provide interventions, such as safety holds.A valid Driver's License, and no more than one traffic violation on a driving record in the past three years to be approved to transport students using company vehicles.Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
