Customer Support Specialist

This is a remote position. This is a continuous job posting. When we have available openings, we will search through all previous applicants to find those best suited for the position. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and have 2+ years of customer service experience with a strong desire to help people. You will need to be tech-savvy. We are looking for someone who can work full-time. Shifts may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer's questions and find solutions to meet their needs
• Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email
• Maintain customer and driver satisfaction
• Report technical issues to the engineering team
• Report customer feedback to the management team
• Collaborate with other GoShare staff members

Required Experience: Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory
