Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.Key responsibilities/skills include:Prepare and manage change ordersPrepare and manage procure to pay processAdministration of payment proceduresAdministration of back-charges and resolution of claimsInterface with Project Controls and Project Leadership on changes and progress regarding Seller and Subcontractor managementInterface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate Seller/Subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligationsInterface with Business Services for invoice and document management resolutionInterface with Seller/Subcontractors regarding proper documentation backup, contract procedures, and work under the direction of Project Controller(s)/Contracts ManagerOversee sub-contractors.Track material costs and quantities entering project sitesCreate reports based on monthly material costs and inventoryOther duties as assignedWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!
