You'll work a structured school-year schedule from August 26th, 2026 through June 10th, 2027, with 37.5 hours per week, supporting a caseload to be determined, and serving students across varying age groups.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active SLP license and required educator certifications in North Carolina
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to adjust to the evolving needs of school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Provide consultative support and training to school staff
• Attend team meetings, professional development, and school functions as needed
