Job Description

Process payroll (32 employees) and ensure compliance with tax regulations

Manage A/P and A/R including vendor payments and reconciliations

Maintain organized financial records and compliance with legal industry accounting standards

Need

:BA in Acct preferred but not require

d3+ Years of bookkeeping or accounting, preferably with a law fir

mQ/B and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word

)Strong Organizational skill

sWork Independently and meet deadline

sExcellent communications skill
