Role Description As the Front of House (FOH) Lead, you will oversee daily operations to ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring FOH staff, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. You will engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a positive atmosphere. Additionally, you will assist with staff scheduling, train new team members, and provide support during peak hours. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Williamsburg.
