Staff Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client’s accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with 1–3 years of experience who is looking to continue building their accounting career in a collaborative and growing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial reports and account schedules Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed Support audit and tax-related activities Maintain accurate and organized accounting records Assist with other accounting projects and duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related accounting discipline required 1–3 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, analytical, and eager to learn .
