A day in the life As our Account Executive on the Business Insurance team, you will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth. Providing coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and resolving billing issues will be part of your day‑to‑day. You will also mentor our Client Service Associates by developing their policy‑checking skills and coverage knowledge. Our future colleague We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in Business Insurance Property & Casualty license Insurance designations (CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU) or demonstrable equivalent knowledge Proficient with Microsoft Excel Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future Additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with Non‑Profit, Education, Social Services clients Experience using Sagitta, ImageRight, Epic Valuable Benefits We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day both inside and outside of work. The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. The base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
