What You'll Do:

• Build and administer project and quote development
• Use our customer relations module for: Quoting, product pricing based on contribution margin targets, project service and personal communication with our client base.
• Quote distribution and follow up
• Manage and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Manage all incoming requests for selling and up selling opportunities
• Manage sales related billing and administration issues
• Provide support to the outside sales department
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software; aptitude to become proficient with other software programs specifically CRM programs, strong organizational and time management skills; must be able to maintain confidential information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's preferred or 5 years sales / customer service experience or an equivalent education and experience combination.
• Bilingual preferred
