Description
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of in-store, grand opening, and external booth events from conceptualization to post-event reporting
- Execute high-impact local activations and ad placements at community festivals to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with purchasing team to develop and execute product-focused promotions that drive sales and store traffic
- Build full-funnel, 360 degree marketing strategies for product launches
- Execute and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns for maximum performance
- Analyze KPI's to generate actionable insights that enhance targeting and creative strategies
- Conduct competitor research and execute marketing activities to ensure cross-channel strategy implementation
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, optimizing resource allocation and tracking program performance
- Build strong relationships with store managers to provide guidance and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
Qualifications / Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed events and digital campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.Ability to set up tracking, analyze metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA), and provide data-led reports
- Strong ability to create professional proposals and marketing plans from a blank canvas
- Demonstrated ability to own projects from "A to Z" with minimal supervision
- Proactive attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Store Operations, etc.)
- Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed for on-site support and research
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Salary Range: $62,900 - $92,600
*Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
