The primary purpose of this position is to assist Community Credit Union of Florida (“CCU”) in living out our Mission, “ Always improve the financial well-being of our members and make a positive difference in the communities we serve ,” by delivering outstanding service to both internal and external members. The Marketing Campaign Specialist supports the growth of the Credit Union by collaborating with a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute campaigns for products, services, and brand awareness. This position manages the marketing calendar and the events and sponsorship calendar to ensure initiatives are on schedule and deliver results. The Marketing Campaign Specialist is a brand champion, working collaboratively with a range of partners to present the Community Credit Union of Florida brand accurately and consistently across all member touchpoints.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Contributes to the development of the marketing campaign plan and campaign budgets, based on the credit union's strategic goals.
• S upports the development of promotional budget recommendations and manages campaign budgets and financial tracking under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager.
• Manages the creative execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure campaigns are on-budget, on-schedule, and deliver business results.
• Supports the Marketing Communications Manager in executing product positioning and campaign strategies to ensure alignment with target audiences. Works with other marketing team members and external vendors to assist in the development of creative assets. Writes, edits, and formats marketing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Analyzes campaign effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements and/or future utilization. Works with the Business Intelligence department and third-party vendors to gather data to measure campaign performance.
• Utilizes project management tools to plan and execute events and sponsorships. Coordinates internal resources, assigns tasks, monitors deadlines, and ensures successful event delivery in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager.
• Ensures brand and message consistency through all channels. Ensures brand guidelines are well understood and accurately deployed by both internal and external partners.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners, including business development, member services, loans, member solutions, and business, to successfully test and deliver new campaigns to the market.
• Provides annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Follows policy and procedures related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) daily to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Demonstrates enthusiastic support of corporate mission, core values, and long-term objectives by performing job duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards, and our work procedures while possessing adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge assessment.
• Delivers service to both internal and external members that is in alignment with the credit union’s Service Promises and meets all established service goals.
• Abides by CCU’s Service Promises when helping a member or co-worker to ensure timely responsiveness to the individual’s needs. Promotes teamwork, respects opinions, abilities, and contributions of others, and conveys a willingness to assist and cooperate with others for the benefit of the organization.
• Assists in attaining established departmental goals and adheres to all credit union standard operating policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Performs other related duties and works on special projects as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Journalism/Media, Communications, Business, or any other related field; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work-related experience should consist of exceptional brand marketing, advertising, and marketing project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and positions, with an ability to forge relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns, and experience analyzing marketing campaign data to determine if campaigns are meeting business objectives. Excellent project management skills and comfort with a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask; demonstrated ability in organization and delegation skills, and a strong team player. Ability to work independently while performing duties.
• Proficient with PC programs, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Quick learner; able to take on new projects quickly.
• Current Florida driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage as required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

This position is primarily performed in a clean, comfortable, open office environment that allows the incumbent to move about freely. The work environment may include minor distractions or annoyances, such as noise, odors, and drafts. Local travel throughout the service area may be required, with driving accounting for approximately 10% of the position’s duties. After completing an introductory period of at least 90 days, the incumbent may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement consisting of both remote and in-office work. Eligibility and scheduling are based on departmental needs and management approval, and the incumbent may be required to report to the office at management’s request. The remote workspace must be clean, professional, and free from distractions.

The incumbent in this position must be able to read documents or instruments, perform detailed work, and problem-solve; possess excellent member contact and verbal and written communication skills; have strong math and analytical reasoning skills; and have the ability to effectively handle stress, multiple concurrent tasks, and constant interruptions.
