This travel contract offers exposure to a cohesive, eight-member Occupational Therapy team supporting two middle schools. Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois (or eligibility)
• Experience working with school-age children, particularly in a middle school setting
• Familiarity with MTSS and IEP processes
• Effective collaboration and consultative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
• Deliver MTSS and IEP support directly to students
• Consult with interdisciplinary teams to support skill generalization across settings
• Share expertise with building-level staff and coordinate with the larger OT team
• Commitment to a full-time schedule (7:45am-3:15pm, Monday–Friday); part-time options considered
