Make a meaningful impact as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic school setting near Arlington Heights, IL. This contract position is perfect for a bilingual (Spanish & English) SLP-CCC passionate about helping middle schoolers reach their full communication potential. The role is full-time, with flexibility for part-time arrangements, and runs from late September through early June.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid IL Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
• Illinois SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Prior experience in a school environment preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Role Highlights:

• Serve a diverse middle school caseload (typically around 45 students, per workload model)
• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers to foster student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Support delivery of services on-site at a single location or across multiple schools, as needed

This is an on-site only opportunity—remote/virtual arrangements are not available for this assignment. The position offers a consistent, school-year schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), with some flexibility for candidates seeking part-time employment.
