Apply today! \n \n Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based \n Company : Princeton Staffing Solutions \n Contract Type : W2 – Part Time \n Setting : Elementary (K-5) \n Caseload : 15 \n Schedule : 16.5 hours per week \n Start Date : As soon as compliant to start \n End Date : 2026-2027 School Year \n Work Arrangement : In Person \n Compensation is customized based on experience and will be discussed prior to district submission. \n \n Compensation & Benefits \n \n Competitive weekly compensation is based on experience and school district budget. \n Weekly direct deposit \n Full-time W2 benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance \n 401(k) retirement plan and more \n Licensure & CEU Reimbursement \n Referral bonus program \n Ongoing clinical management support from a dedicated CCC-SLP \n Experienced recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment \n \n Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities \n \n Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments \n Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable) \n Maintain therapy schedules and service logs \n Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings \n Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs \n Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) \n Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication \n Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring \n Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families \n Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate \n \n Qualifications : \n \n Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. \n Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) issued by IDFPR \n Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education Endorsement \n Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred \n Previous school-based experience is required.
