Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms to support clients in improving their mental health.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, facilitating increased self-awareness and insight into their relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and setting realistic therapeutic goals.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans using solution-focused approaches grounded in your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. At our clinic, all clients undergo a pre-screening process to ensure they are appropriate for counseling services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice independently, including one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their licenses.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
