We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy through physical cycle counts, manage defective product accountability, and drive corrective actions when needed. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can motivate teams, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced 3PL environment. The schedule would be Monday‑Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM. How you create impact Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
