Medical Front Desk Lead

Fayetteville, AR | Full-Time | On-Site

System One is seeking a Medical Front Desk Lead for a busy medical clinic in Fayetteville! If you're friendly, organized, and enjoy working with people, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients

• Answer phones and schedule appointments

• Verify insurance, referrals, and patient information

• Collect payments and assist with check-out

• Update patient records and prepare charts

• Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred

• Medical office experience is a plus

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
