Lead Bartender Confidential – Lead Bartender Posted July 12, 2026 Compensation Bar Service: $18.00/hour plus tips Administrative Shift: $24.00/hour (non-tipped) Schedule Friday through Tuesday Responsibilities This role combines hands‑on bartending with dedicated leadership responsibilities. In addition to working regular bar shifts, you will have one weekly administrative day focused on developing and maintaining the beverage program. Administrative Responsibilities Inventory management and organization Recipe development and cocktail testing Building relationships with brand ambassadors and beverage suppliers Coordinating bar ordering with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef Maintaining beverage cost controls and product standards Serving as a leadership presence for the bar team Leadership Responsibilities Lead and mentor bartenders and bar support staff Develop training materials and house specifications Train staff on cocktails, spirits, technique, and product knowledge Maintain consistency in execution and guest experience Help establish the culture and operational standards for a high‑performing bar team Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a confident bartender with leadership experience who enjoys teaching others, takes pride in organization, and is excited by the opportunity to build a cocktail program from the ground up. Experience with agave spirits is strongly preferred, along with a passion for continuous learning and hospitality.
