Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Liberty Behavioral Healthcare Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized counseling services focused on substance use and mental health issues for youth, adults, and families.

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to meet their specific needs.

• Managing case documentation and completing detailed notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Facilitating individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments, maintaining an organized calendar, and using our billing service to manage client accounts and insurance claims efficiently.

• Utilizing creative actionable strategies to engage clients with diverse clinical presentations and complex needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population you'll support includes individuals grappling with substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Your work will frequently involve collaborating with families and guardians, reinforcing the importance of a systemic approach to recovery. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies and support systems as they confront challenges related to addiction and mental health.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services or behavioral healthcare field.

• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of full-time paid experience in settings focusing on chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
