Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments by interviewing patients, observing their interactions, and reviewing relevant medical records to determine the emotional, social, and environmental factors that may be influencing their rehabilitation.

• Provide empathetic counseling and support to patients and their families, facilitating the process of adjustment to their situations while promoting emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with a diverse rehabilitation team to create and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize the psychosocial needs of each patient, ensuring a goal-oriented approach to their recovery.

• Assist patients in navigating community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance, to enhance their quality of life beyond the clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
