Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive, direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, focusing on individual, group, and family therapy.

• Assess clients' needs through evidence-based screenings, conducting in-depth assessments as required, and developing tailored care plans that integrate various support services.

• Engage in collaborative team meetings with school staff and family members to ensure coordinated efforts in improving client outcomes.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques and develop procedures for behavioral risks, ensuring that safe and positive environments are upheld in school settings.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and any relevant data submissions within established deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
