Primary Responsibilities: Assure approved timesheets are received for all jobs. Import of field hours worked into the payroll system. Ensure all time is in the system correctly. Pay any reimbursable items. Monitor all employee deductions. Pay employee garnishments when due. Assist in preparing Certified Payroll reports. Assist in preparation of OCIP and CCIP reports. Monitor all new employees to insure all required new hire forms are received. Process all new hires into the system. Track all employee job transfers to assure paychecks go to the right jobs. Verify the computation of all incentive items for payment. Special projects as needed. Required Experience: 2+ years of experience processing payroll required Proficient in Outlook, Word; excellent Excel skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with all personality types and under strict deadlines. Reliable with strong work ethic and excellent teamwork. Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Able to handle sensitive and confidential material. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an ambitious person that has 2+ years high‑volume construction payroll experience that includes certified payroll, preferably in a multi‑company environment. Experience with construction accounting/payroll software (ex: Viewpoint Vista, Sage/Timberline, etc.) preferred. The right person will have a positive attitude, focus on solving problems professionally, and team focus. Qualifications: Education: High School Degree Specific Skills: Familiarity with Construction Accounting Software desired. Familiarity with Excel Analytical Skills Good Organization & Attention-to-detail Preference will be given to bi‑lingual candidates.
