We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Agency Sales. Retention, and Service Operations within the agency office to achieve Agency Metrics
• Support team members through coaching and training to consistently achieve monthly production goals
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
• Track and analyze business metrics for accountability to support agency growth goals.
• Ensure compliance with established processes, policies and procedures.

Must Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, or Client Relations experience preferred.
• Must HAVE or Able to OBTAIN Property and Casualty Producer and Life and Health Producer Insurance Licenses
