Senior Director of Revenue Operations

Leading the operational strategy for customer-facing teams, the full-time remote Senior Director of Revenue Operations will manage the development and execution of revenue operations strategies, optimize sales force productivity, and drive process excellence across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of Revenue Operations strategy to enhance performance across Employer Sales, Customer Success, Health Plan Sales, and Partnerships Direct organizational strategies for sales force productivity, including quota management and pipeline optimization Architect a roadmap for process improvement and champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred 12-15 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, preferably in health tech Expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis Proficient in Salesforce products and sales productivity tools Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in building high-performing teams
