About the Role: As an Implementation Manager, you will lead the successful onboarding, expansion, and strategic integration of Wunderkind's solutions for our clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with executive client stakeholders to deliver tailored implementation strategies that drive measurable value. With deep expertise in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing technology, you will elevate the client experience while advancing internal processes. Role Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success. Manage strategic projects for existing clients, such as product expansions, re-integrations, and custom initiatives. Develop a deep knowledge base of your clients' technical setups, business needs, and performance preferences to serve as a strategic advisor over the long term. Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing, technology, and design. Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact, collaborating across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse audiences. Oversee cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and QA to deliver on-time and within scope. Proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers to achieve successful outcomes. Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and contribute insights to new product launches. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in SaaS implementation or consulting, with proven leadership in complex client engagements. Strong track record of high-stakes project management with executive stakeholders. Expertise in digital marketing/MarTech ecosystems (e.g., ESPs, commerce platforms, tag managers). Additional Qualifications: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to navigate competing priorities, drive alignment, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Highly skilled in translating technical concepts into strategic business value. Solutions-driven, proactive, and committed to exceeding client expectations. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location.
