Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and design effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that encourage personal growth and well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Engage in regular team collaboration through staff meetings and individual supervision with both clinical supervisors and peers, fostering a supportive atmosphere for professional development.

• Provide teletherapy services, effectively utilizing digital platforms to reach clients who may not have access to in-person care.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards and privacy regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 101,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses. Your benefits package will include:
