This role is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. You will work through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, which enables secure, real-time sessions with clients, ensuring that confidentiality and compliance are upheld. Our cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system simplifies documentation and communication with insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized counseling services to a diverse patient population, tailoring your approach to meet individual client needs.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions focused on identifying problems, implementing solutions, and fostering client safety and confidentiality.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies to develop and deliver effective treatment programs aimed at managing mental health symptoms, trauma recovery, and dual diagnosis challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our cloud-based EHR system, ensuring all documentation meets insurance compliance standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals across various disciplines to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your counseling skills and keep up with the latest industry practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will require you to engage with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Kansas is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years' experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Exceptional self-management skills with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
