The Role This is a relationship sales position, not a lead-chasing position. You will build and own a network of home service providers across the region: roofers, HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, pest control, pool service, landscapers, home inspectors, property managers, and real estate agents, and turn those relationships into a steady, compounding flow of residential and commercial customers. If your instinct in sales is to build something that pays you again next quarter rather than close one deal and move on, this is the seat. What You'll Do Identify, approach, and sign home service companies as referral and co-marketing partners. Build genuine working relationships with owners, managers, and field technicians, not just a signed agreement and a stack of brochures. Train partner teams on how to recognize a good fit and how to introduce us without doing our job for them. Stay in front of your partners consistently: ride-alongs, lunch-and-learns, job site visits, trade association meetings, BNI, and chamber groups. Run the sales process end to end on referred residential and commercial opportunities: consultation, bill analysis, proposal, and close. Sell the agreement plainly and accurately. Our guarantees are contractual, and we expect them to be represented that way. Track partner activity, referral volume, and conversion in our CRM, and report on what's working. Attend community and industry events where home service professionals gather. Work with our operations team to make sure every referred customer has a clean experience, because that's what earns the next referral. Requirements What You Bring Required 3+ years in relationship-driven B2B or channel sales, home services, building trades, insurance, home improvement, or a comparable field. A demonstrated history of generating business through partnerships and referral networks rather than purchased leads. Comfort selling to both homeowners and small business owners. Ability to read a utility bill, explain a savings calculation, and walk a customer through contract terms without hand-waving. Strong local presence and a willingness to be out in the field most days. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record. CRM discipline. Preferred An existing network among home service contractors in Central Florida. Experience selling a subscription, service agreement, or financed product. Commercial sales experience with small and mid-sized businesses. Spanish fluency. Benefits Compensation and Benefits $80,000 base salary. $50,000–$150,000 in commissions, uncapped, based on production. $130,000–$230,000 total expected earnings.
