What You’ll Do Prospect & Engage: Drive new business through high-volume outbound activity to generate client relationships and build candidate pipelines within the Animal Health & Nutrition space. Sell Opportunities, Not Just Jobs: Use your sales acumen to position roles as career-defining moves for top talent and close the deal. Own the Market: Identify and develop strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates; stay ahead of market trends. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.). Professional background in Animal Health or Animal Nutrition. Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and excel in a new industry.
