Automated Health Systems has part-time Customer Service positions available. This position supports doctors and healthcare providers with their enrollment into Medicaid.

Three weeks of training provided on workflows and Medicaid rules. Work collaboratively in a team environment.

This is an ONSITE position.

Assist doctors with their applications, follow up as needed, update and enter information in computer systems, and maintain confidentiality of information.

Work in a professional environment with business casual dress code.

Shifts available between 8 AM to 5:30 PM. Monday through Friday.

• Medicaid or Healthcare insurance experience is preferred,
• Strong PC proficiency and ability to work with multiple business systems required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a call center environment and/or customer service position required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.

The office is located in McCandless Township, PA.
