Assembly Worker1st shift: 6am-2:30pm M-FPay: $18/hrJob DescriptionThe Assembly Worker uses hand and power tools to assemble truck parts in a production environment, contributing to the efficient and accurate build of high-quality products.ResponsibilitiesAssemble truck parts using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and work instructions.Follow established production processes to meet daily output and quality targets.Perform general production and general labor tasks as needed to support the assembly line.Inspect assembled parts for defects or inaccuracies and make adjustments as required.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Handle materials and components in a safe and efficient manner within the warehouse and production areas.Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating tools and working in the facility.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly issues and improve workflow.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse assembly or similar production environment.Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.Ability to operate power tools in accordance with safety and quality standards.Basic understanding of general production processes and workflows.Capability to perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning parts.Attention to detail when assembling and inspecting truck parts.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfort working in a climate-controlled, robotic production facility.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled shifts and production goals.Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and assembly procedures.Why Work Here?Employees enjoy a supportive and team-oriented culture that includes cookouts, holiday parties, and ongoing efforts to introduce additional perks such as employee discounts. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
