Project Coordinator

Must Haves
- Strong experience in PLM / Project Logistics Management within complex D&E projects
- Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Management theory and application
- Proven project coordination experience in medium–high complexity environments
- Experience with material availability planning and logistics risk management
- Ability to drive escalations (L1) and contribute to L2/L3 escalations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholders (PCM, SAT)
- Experience performing impact analysis related to plan or configuration changes
Plusses
- Experience working within D&E / Product Development project structures
- Familiarity with Configuration Management and clustered change execution
- Knowledge of SS&P, P&D, and QLTC requirements
- Experience owning or improving PLM processes or work instructions
- Background as a key user or representative in cross-sector improvement initiatives
- Mentoring or onboarding experience within project or supply chain teams
Day-to-Day
- Drive and challenge D&E project plans from a planning and logistics perspective
- Secure material availability and identify risks impacting project timelines
- Perform operational logistics tasks supporting projects and factory execution
- Proactively update D&E stakeholders and Supplier Account Teams (SAT)
- Report on material availability, critical path, and cost impacts
- Support and sequence configuration changes , balancing timing and cost
- Translate project updates into actionable targets and execute required actions
- Identify, prevent, and resolve material availability issues due to plan changes
- Advise stakeholders on PLM risks, opportunities, and solution paths
- Mentor and support new and junior project coordinators

This individual will act as a key logistics and supply chain partner within cross-functional project teams, ensuring material availability, managing risks, and driving proactive communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong PLM and supply chain expertise, excels in ambiguity, and is comfortable advising senior leaders while mentoring peers. This role plays a critical part in project execution, configuration change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
