Management Associate

To support a growing enrollment team, the full-time Practice Associate will manage EHR record synchronization, resolve patient no-shows and cancellations, and provide front-line reception and customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Maintain accurate records across multiple EHR systems and document appointment changes promptly Identify and follow up on no-shows and late cancellations to reschedule appointments and notify referring providers Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and partners, managing phone inquiries and ensuring professional communication Required qualifications 1+ years in an administrative, scheduling, medical front-office, or customer service role Experience working with multiple EHR or software systems simultaneously Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and charge processing Effective communication skills for patient interactions via phone and text Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and follow-ups without oversight Virtual Vocations Inc
