Member Services Associate — Fast-Paced Call Center

Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Officer I (or II) in Santa Clarita to deliver wow-level service in a fast-paced call center. You will listen effectively, resolve member questions, and promote our financial products with a professional, proactive attitude. Requirements include 24+ months of retail customer service experience and a preferred bachelor’s degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
